Our beloved mini donkeys are more than just adorable faces they are part of the heart and soul of our farm. Each one has their own unique personality, from the playful troublemakers to the gentle cuddlers, and they bring so much joy to daily life. Whether they’re greeting visitors, keeping the farm lively, or just enjoying a scratch behind the ears, these little donkeys are full of charm.
If you're visiting the Grampians, we’d love to welcome you for a farm tour, where you can meet them up close, give them pats and brushes, and learn more about their care. For those who can’t visit in person, you can still be part of their journey through our Virtual Adoption Program, where you’ll receive updates, photos, and behind the scenes stories about your chosen donkey.

Mia is soft and steady the kind of donkey who’s happy to just be by your side. With her calm nature and kind eyes, she’s a favourite for guests who enjoy a quiet moment in the paddock.

Cruiser
Cruiser is our brave boy and cancer survivor. With his stunning red coat and soulful eyes, he’s stolen many hearts. He’s gentle, affectionate, and proof that resilience lives in the softest souls.

Little Sue
Our gentle and loving girl with a mother’s heart. Little Sue has recently welcomed a new foal and takes her job as mum very seriously. She’s patient, affectionate, and always happy to come over for a soft nose rub.

Lucy
Gentle and curious, Lucy is always nearby especially if someone’s handing out ear scratches. Named after our granddaughter, she carries a soft and thoughtful presence, and she’s especially good with shy visitors.

Malibu
Malibu is Mitzy’s inseparable best friend, always by her side. She’s sweet and soft-natured, with a love of quiet company and slow, gentle days. A little more shy, but loyal once she knows you.

Mitzy
Mitzy is one of our most beloved donkeys calm, affectionate, and always the first to welcome new friends. She’s a true ambassador of the herd, with a nurturing soul and a quiet confidence that draws people in.

Poppy
Poppy is full of personality and not afraid to show it! She’s the first to push her way in for pats and has perfected the “I deserve attention” look. Mischievous and sweet in equal measure, she’s always where the action is.

Portia
Confident, cheeky, and always near the gate, Portia is one of our most outgoing donkeys. She makes her presence known with a little sass and a lot of charm, and she’s a favourite with guests who love a donkey with attitude!

Shadow
Shadow is our handsome stud jack with a loyal streak a mile wide. He adores his girls, keeps a watchful eye on the herd, and enjoys a bit of pampering when the job is done. He’s cheeky, charming, and full of character.
